We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days.

2. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, courier delays, or customs processing.

3. Hand-Decorated Item Variations
All items are hand-decorated, making each box unique. Colours, patterns, and designs may vary slightly from the images shown. This is part of the charm of Bumble's Boxes, and no two boxes are exactly the same.

4. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
