Returns and Refund Policy

At Bumble’s Boxes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a returns and refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and must contain all items originally sent in the gift box.
  • You cannot return individual items from the gift box/book bundle; the entire gift box/book bundle must be returned.
  • All items must be unopened and unused.
  • Personalised or perishable items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Refund Conditions

  • To process a refund, we require that all items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  • The returned items must also include the following information:

·        Your name

·        Your address

·        Your order number

Once the return has been received, we will inspect the gift box/book bundle. If the items meet the conditions outlined above, we will proceed with the refund within 14 working days after receiving and inspecting the return.

3. Exclusions

·        Original postage or delivery charges are non-refundable.

·        Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to bumblesboxes01@gmail.com to request a return. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return in the email.
  • Await a response from us. We will confirm your return request and provide you with the necessary instructions.
  • Package the gift box securely in its original packaging. Ensure all items are included and in unused, unopened condition.
  • Send the return to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
