2.4 Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods or services that you are purchasing
2.5 Items seen in the pictures may be substituted with a similar product of equal or higher value if we are unable to fulfil the order due to supplier constraints.
2.6 Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.7 Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (Ā£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Shipping and Delivery

4.2 Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4.3 Personalised or perishable items are non-refundable unless defective.
4.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

5.1. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds policy
Delivery Policy
1.1 At Bumbleās Boxes we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving payment.
1.2 Orders are shipped using one of the following suppliers; Royal Mail, Evri, and tracking information will be provided where available.
1.3 Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service used.
1.4 We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
1.5 If an order is not received within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at bumblesboxes01@gmail.com within 3 working days of the expected date of delivery
At Bumbleās Boxes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your gift box, we offer a returns and refund policy under the following conditions:
1. Returns Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and must contain all items originally sent in the gift box.
You cannot return individual items from the gift box; the entire gift box must be returned.
All items within the gift box must be unopened and unused.
Personalised or perishable items are non-refundable unless defective.
2. Refund Conditions
To process a refund, we require that all items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
The returned items must also include the following information:
Your name
Your address
Your order number
Once the return has been received, we will inspect the gift box. If the items meet the conditions outlined above, we will proceed with the refund within 14 working days.
3. Exclusions
We will not refund any postage or delivery charges.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Package the gift box securely in its original packaging. Ensure all items are included and in unused, unopened condition.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
